2003 - 2004

Preliminary work during 2003 - 2004 was implementating the provision of computer-based services in a range of tasks for small businesses:

• Reports / publications with digital photos / layouts / graphic diagrams / CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) maps
• Computer training in a range of software and hardware assistance/ troubleshooting
• Production of CAD drawings for CNC Homes, Wagga Wagga, at 2D Floor Plan level only, with appropriate details.

2004

Throughout 2004 the Business has diversified further in:

• Production of CAD drawings for residential Clients, in order to meet the Council requirements of Development Applications - to extend the 2D level from Floor Plan to Elevation/ Section views, with appropriate details. The focus on CAD work was then aligned to gaining membership to the NSW Building Designers Association, and acquiring Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Sales & Computer training in Accounting software (CashFlowManager) for small businesses / Accountants.
• Computer training in a range of software and hardware assistance/ troubleshooting.

2005

In 2005 the Business direction has consolidated to focus on:

• Production of CAD drawings for both residential & commercial/ organisational clients, as gained by sub-contracting work through a local Wagga Building Designer at Project Planning & Design - with enhanced details at 2D level, with extended layouts as required to display specification details.
• Sales & Computer training in Accounting software (CashFlowManager) for small businesses, as the preferred target market, with final DRAFT being modelled as the Case Study for the software in practice.
• Computer training in a range of software and hardware assistance/ troubleshooting.
