A Quotation System - as interpreted from client data (sketches, calculated areas), and based on a rate appropriate to new proposed work, or renovation to existing work.
Both printed and CDROM format (as PDF files) of final Plans and Documentation can be provided to the Client, with options for 3D Concepts and digital photo images.

Production of CAD drawings for both residential & commercial/ organisational Clients:

Site plan (to scale 1:200 or 1:250)
Floor plan (to scale 1:100)
Elevations (to scale 1:100)
Section details (to scale 1:100 or 1:50 & 1:10)
Electrical layout plan (to scale 1:100)
Plumbing layout plan (to scale 1:100)

Documentation - as required for standard submission to Council for Development Applications:

Specification report - for detailing of scope of works of all building trades required; A sample of the title page can be viewed here.
Building Sustainabilty IndeX (BASIX) Certification - as is now required by Council for Development Applications, in both report format (generated online via the Internet), and in tabled schedules on the Site Plan working drawing. A sample of a project certification title page and the BASIX schedules, which appear on the Site Plan working drawing, can be viewed here.

Sales & Computer training in Accounting software (CashFlowManager) for small businesses, as the preferred target market, with final DRAFT being modelled as the Case Study for the software in practice;
Computer training in a range of software and hardware assistance/ troubleshooting.
